The registration fee includes:

Accreditation
The Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CME Credit
The Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA) designates this educational activity for a maximum of 9.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Waiver
Routine safety precautions should be taken by all participants as during normal surgical procedures. A signed waiver of liability will be required from each laboratory participant which must be signed on-site at the time of registration.
